Burgess Hill Theatre Club is a long established part of the local community. We've been bringing entertainment through theatre to the people of Mid Sussex since 1935.

 

Most of our productions are staged at the Club 'Theatre' (Church Walk, Burgess Hill), whilst the annual Pantomime, our largest production, is performed at the Martlets Hall (Burgess Hill) - performing this year to over 3,000 people.

 

Outside of our annual pantomime we aim to produce at least three other major productions a year.  These include all kinds of genre; drama, comedy,

workshop presentations and 1 Act Plays.  We always welcome new and

inspiring Playwrights and Directors to show off their talents in 'Green Room' productions.  

 

Our membership ranges across all ages and everyone is invited to get involved

with club activities, from being part of the backstage crew; costumes, make-up,

hair and wigs, to helping with Front of House, publicity and advertising, to being involved with fund raising, and for some, being out there on stage, performing!
