These pages contain information intended solely for members of the Society and the way yopu access them has changed. Previously a simple Google search could bypass this secure page and gain access to these pages that contain personal contact information that should only be available to Club Members. Please follow the instructions below to sign up and now you can choose your own password which you will keep throughout your time as a member. . 

 

To gain access you must be a fully paid up Member or Patron and will need to create a "Login" with your own personal password.

 

If you already have a login, just click on "Login/Sign up" below and enter your email address and password on the form. If you forget your password click on "Forgot password?" below the password box and you will be sent an email that will explain how to reset your password.

 

If you are a member of the Club but have not visited these pages before, you will need to create a Login. You can obtain a Login by clicking on "Login/Sign up" below which will take you to the Login page.  Below the login form it says "Don't have an account? Sign up". Click on "Sign up" and it will take you to a new form asking for your email address in the first box (please use the email that the Club holds on record or use the 'Contact Us' page to confirm who you are and your email address). Next you must put a password in the second box. Your password can be anything you choose, we suggest you use a memorable word, You will need to enter the same password again in the third box as a check and then click on the grey "Go" box.

 

A request will then be sent to us in order to confirm that you are a paid up member. Once approved you will receive an email confirming that your Login is working. Please note that this may take up to 48 hours but usually a lot quicker. You will keep your Login and password as long as you remain a paid up member. If you resign or do not renew your membership, you will lose access to these pages after the normal period of grace.
